Prices, Orders & Payment

• All prices are in pounds (£) sterling. Nintai Jewellery reserves the right to alter prices at any time, without prior notice.
• Nintai Jewellery accepts payment by PayPal, a secure, free, easy way to buy online. You can choose to pay with your bank account, debit card, credit card or PayPal balance and make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. (You do not have to setup a PayPal account to pay by this method).
• Once payment has been paid in full and authorized, Nintai Jewellery will send you an email confirming your order.
• Goods shall remain the property of Nintai Jewellery until the full payment has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment the company reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned.
• A 50% deposit will be required for all custom made pieces at the time of ordering. Cancellations after 7 days will not be refunded. The remaining 50% will be payable upon completion of your order and must be paid prior to the delivery.
• Nintai Jewellery is entitled to refuse any order placed by you for any reason.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. You will be notified within 2 working days, if any goods ordered are out of stock.
• We continually update the products available. Our stockists may run special promotions which may not be available online or at our selling events, or we may offer special promotions that are not available through our stockists.
• Special promotion items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery

• Every effort is made to dispatch ordered goods within 3 working days using Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery or Airsure Delivery. Please note that goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
• Please allow 5-6 working days for delivery. If the goods are not in stock, we will give you an estimated time of delivery when you place the order. For Europe and Worldwide please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
• All custom made pieces are dealt with on a first come first serve basis and may take longer to dispatch but you will notified of an expected date when the order is placed.
• Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Nintai Jewellery makes every effort to dispatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the period stated.
• All parcels will need to be signed for. The carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information if a signature has not been obtained.

• £150.00 upwards           = £5.50        

Duties & Local Taxes

The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.

• Nintai Jewellery does not currently add UK sales tax (VAT). If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will also be zero.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us in the original condition.
• All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, subject to goods being returned in a saleable condition and at the sole discretion of Nintai Jewellery, you will receive an exchange or refund (less postage and packaging).
• For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.
• Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
• If you receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery, and we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless faulty.

Damage & Loss in Transit

• Goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
• Nintai Jewellery does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers.
• Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
• Please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers if you do receive damaged goods.

Governing Law

• Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

• Nintai Jewellery is committed to ensuring that information supplied by you is treated as strictly confidential and will never be passed on to any other parties. We do however use the information to advise you of goods and services we feel may be of interest, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing.
• Credit/debit card details for those who place their order by telephone and post are held securely offline and are destroyed once your order has been completed. For orders placed online we adhere to PayPal's privacy policy. The use of the PayPal banking system ensures that the buyer's financial details are completely independent of our organization and we will not have access to your credit or debit card details when orders are placed online via the website.

Disclaimer

• Please note that products and colours on our website are a guide only. Variations in computer monitors as well as the browser used are beyond our control.
• Product images are not to scale but sizes are shown where applicable.
• Goods sold on this website are not intended to be used as toys. For health and safety reasons, all children must be supervised and not left alone with any products. Nintai Jewellery will not be held responsible for any injury caused.
• Due to the nature of the beads, pearls and gem stones, variations may occur in shape and colour.
• Nintai Jewellery does not take responsibility for any tarnishing that may occur. The tarnishing of metal parts is a naturally occurring process with the metal reacting to gases in the air.
• Nintai Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction that our products may cause.
